🎉We’re excited to announce the following feature updates for October! 🎉 New Features: Auto-archive ListsWe are introducing auto-archive controls within the Database section that relocates unused account, people, and opportunity lists to an archived Database page. This helps to clean up the database and reduce the active lists to the ones most relevant for customers.  The benefits of this feature include: Improves platform usability: Old and unused lists can be archived, improving overall list organization  Reduces customer confusion: Less active lists allow marketers and sellers to focus only on the lists they access most often. We're excited to announce the following product features releasing in September! New Features:  View Management update - Default JourneyWith the release of multiple journeys in May, we are now supporting the ability to define a default journey within the view management section, under settings. Prior to this release, only the Global Journey was available as the default journey. With this release, Admins can select different default journeys for different views. This allows customers to make better, informed decisions on their target accounts. Customers can view and analyze data on account performance relevant to a journey funnel they care about by setting their default journey to one that is more relevant to their role or workspace. Segments UpdateWe are improving the usability and location of segments in the platform. Export API The Export API allows bulk, asynchronous, programmatic export of data rows from Demandbase. Customers can export data on accounts, people, opportunities and activities. With Export API, the following use cases are now available: Support for disconnected customers to export data from their Demandbase tenants to the data store of their choice in a scalable fashion. Custom Data Analysis/Visualization: Allows customers/partners to export data at scale to run bespoke data analysis or build visualizations and reports. Abstracting Multiple CRMs/data sources: Data Export API allows the data to be exported to an intermediary data warehouse/platform.  2. How to identify the personas most engaged in closed/won opps in the past 3 months

We all know that figuring out who is engaging most with your org is KEY to a successful ABX strategy. Identifying the personas most engaged in Closed/Won Opportunities in the last 3 Months can help guide/influence how to think about your buying committee. This also can help guide what known people to layer into Ad campaigns.  Here’s an easy example below to better refine your ICP and what type of persona is engaging in what type of activity: How to build:Step 1: Pull an account list of all closed/won opps in the past 3 months  Step 2: pull a list of all the engaged people at those accounts where a title exists  Step 3: From there, I recommend looking at various reporting to better understand the breakout of their engagement (one example in the screenshot below)

Having multiple journeys allows customers to track target accounts in different buying journeys, and partner with sales to move them forward.
