We're excited to announce the following product features releasing in August!
New Features:
Identify and Filter on Contact Quality Score (Available August 30)
This feature enables salespeople to find decision-makers at their target accounts with confidence by providing reliable contact information through a streamlined, data-driven approach. By introducing the Contact Quality Score (CQS), a system that ranks contacts with a letter grade based on factors like data recency, source reliability, and title rank, sales teams can prioritize high-quality leads without needing to verify information across multiple tools. This ensures that sales professionals can reach out to the right people without the risk of contacting individuals who may have left the company or whose information is outdated.
Site Visit Intelligence
Site Visit Intelligence provides tailored insights into website visitor behavior for specific accounts. It identifies potential contacts from site visits by unknown visitors and matches site visits to known contacts using precise location data. This streamlines sales strategies, enabling you to focus on key page visits and top locations for targeted engagement.
Customizability in Prescriptive Sales Dashboards
-
No Sales-touch toggle
The “No Sales-Touch Toggle” enables sellers to quickly identify accounts that may need follow-up due to a lack of recent engagement. This allows sales personas like AEs and Sales Leaders to gain a comprehensive view of all accounts on their list, not just those that haven’t been touched in the last 14 days.
-
Expanded Date ranges (Available August 30)
Sellers can now extend the date range for viewing accounts from 2 weeks up to 3 months. This broader time frame lets them see how accounts perform over a longer period, which is helpful because an account that might not seem important based on the past week’s data could turn out to be a top priority when considering the past month’s data.
This feature ensures that sellers aren’t making decisions based solely on a snapshot of recent activity. Instead, they gain a more accurate and comprehensive view of account performance, allowing for more effective prioritization of outreach and efforts.
Workspaces: Fields, Automations and Audiences
Orchestration and fields management are now available by Workspace. This feature enhancement gives additional security and control to different business units by adding additional functionality to Workspaces:
-
Create Orchestration Automations and Audiences specific to a Workspace. Automations and Audiences created in a custom Workspace are only available in that Workspace.
-
Manage fields available in each Workspace. Changes made to fields in a Workspace will only apply to that Workspace, unless the change is made in the global Workspace.
Advertising Trends Graph
Monitor and optimize in-flight campaigns easier than ever before with the new Trends tab in Advertising reporting. The new reporting visualizes Impressions, Spend, Clicks, and CTR over a selected span of time so that users can quickly understand the trending performance of campaigns – without the need to request a custom report.
Inventory Planner
Forecast the account reach, available impressions, and max budget of your selected campaign details in less than 30 seconds with the new Inventory Planner. Users can test out different campaign details including flight dates, geotargeting, and ad type to see how they impact available inventory before ever building a campaign. The tool unlocks budget forecasting that empowers users to understand how much budget they should allocate to a campaign to make the most of their ad dollars.
Product Changes:
Page Level Granular Permissions
Granular permissions are now available at the page level under Settings. This allows Admins to assign page level permissions for each section under Settings in Demandbase One. Formerly, permissions were given at the section level, but now permissions are available for each page under each Settings category. This gives more control to Admins to manage user access within Demandbase One, using Permission Sets.
